Not sure if this is the right place to ask these kind of questions, but I have two questions as a beginner: 1. How can I make the bot send a welcome message BEFORE the customer has to send something themselves? 2. How am I able to make a NEW bot 'file' to be able to work on different projects? I only see possibilities in the sense of workflows, but it just keeps overriding the old bot when trying for instance to use a new template. Thanks in advance!
