Gordy - this still seems to be a problem. The behavior in emulator is different than behavior of published bot still. For example, in emulator bot responds with customer preferences correctly but in web bot says yes i know them give me a minute to get them and thats the end? I see others are experiencing similar, quote large differences between emulator and published bot across different channels like web, teams, telegram, etc. Any ideas what might be the cause of this?
