I'm not sure if that's exactly that. So the information should be captured already before the conversation started - from Go High Level which is sending the messages. Then when the user responds, he engages in a conversation with the Botpress chatbot. After conversation ends, there is a code that sends information through a webhook to an Email. The Botpress chatbot shouldn't capture information during conversation.
