It seems that if you have more than 3 options, the question will repeat for the remaining option(s)

07/28/2023, 8:05 AMI think this is really a feature of WhatsApp. Since Botpress after, if I'm not mistaken, 3-4 selections, wraps them in a dropdown. There is no such element in WhatsApp. So it shows up like this
