I'm getting the following error in my knowledge base query and would appreciate if you could tell me how to resolve it. "Hooks Error generating answer for KB [AxiosError: Request failed with status code 500]" For reference, this error was working fine for the same query, but suddenly it's not working anymore. The frequency of this error seems to be increasing recently.

Same problem, without word "Hooks". New bug?
