AkramSPA: Hi. I hope you are well. One question: the conversation ends when the bot says goodbye and if the user says something, the bot repeats the conversation from the beginning. Is there a way where the bot stops at the end of the conversation without repeating the cycle?

Set a user variable that hte conversation ended, then check for that variable at the beggining. But why do you want to do that? That will prevent the user from using the bot forever!
