I created a chatbot and deploy it on my website and it's work properly but the chat history is not cleared even I close the tab or refresh the page. Can anyone tell me what's wrong with it??

You need to set it up in the integration section on the dashboard

for me this method doesn't work and i don't iunderstand why even if i close the chat or refresh page still shows all the chat history
