Hi, I have two different library intents in my workflow, one is MainMenu, the other is ContactHuman, MainMenu is not working on any nodes while ContactHuman works just fine. Is there any reason to this, it’s a crucial part of my workflow and hasn’t been working for days.

it most likely has to do with how you structure your intents. Could you post some examples of both the working and non working intent ? A good thing to debug intents is to ask one of the exact questions you put into the intent.

I’ve shown you how the intents work and don’t work in the emulator in the photo, I’ve asked it exact questions from the library but it still does not trigger. I’ve had multiple people from the botpress team look at it but I’ve been left hanging half.

did you doublecheck if you enabled the knowledge base on the desired nodes ?

Yea, it’s an intent in the library, it’s not supposed to trigger and answer from KB. In the next node you can see it triggered even with KB off. Intents do not use KB to trigger or answer.

ah yes that is true. Id suggest you to start debugging the intents in their most simple form, in a new node/workflow. It could be a bug or it could be something overlooked. Good luck

Something so important yet simple as an intent should not have problems for such an extended period of time. I’ve had this problem for about two weeks now. Sometimes intents work sometimes they don’t. Hopefully it being looked into.

No, it’s only partially solved but still does not work quite often, I’ve had the botpress team look into it but they did not solve it.
