Hello I provided this website as a knowledge base https://www.educatly.com/ but it doesn't provide the desired answer as this bot's main responsibility is to help students get program information or university information instead of navigating through the website. how can I customize the answer from the knowledge base to provide links to direct the user to the website and provide detailed information not a summarized answer? I feel that the bot doesn't understand what I need it to do or get from the knowledge base.

@refined-napkin-66624 bro try using hooks to edit your message as you need before it reaches user so far it should not provide like that try to do something in summary agent best of luck

That site is absolutely huge and I’m not sure if it’s dynamically generated - like can the KB actually scrape the content of all courses? Try to ask something specific about a single course, if it can’t answer then it won’t be able to answer anything else.

I have the same problem, and my website only has like 40 pages. Some of the bot's answers are correct but most of the times it can't find the answer to a question even though the info is clearly stated on the website.

Split it into different kb

I went with this solution instead. A bit more work and it's not as flexible but the answers are spot on!
