I've recently started out in providing Ai automation solutions to real estate clients. Ideally I'm hoping to create a fully conversational AI chatbot on their social media platforms that connects with Gohighlevel (CRM) that can then answer any burning questions from customers and book appointments in-real time from Instagram messenger. A bit similar to this video: The issue with the method in that video is that it cant integrate with Instagram/facebook messenger - it only works with SMS. to summarise: 1) Do you need to learn how to code with botpress (python, java etc.)? 2) With botpress can you integrate it with various social media messengers such instagram, facebook and whatsapp so that it can fully converse with potential customers on social media? 3) can botpress connect with a CRM like Gohighlevel and then help with booking appointments in real time? (for example in the real estate niche, property viewing appointments for customers - powered by the calendar on GHL)

It can connect with anything that has an API or webhooks. You should learn basic coding or IMO you’ll be very frustrated relying on ChatGPT code

Have you figured anything out on this yet? I was able to get botpress to connect to twilio and then to GHL's inbox but the inbox only shows the user's messages and not the messages botpress sends out.

did you manage to get this sorted in the end? I’m looking to be able to start a Whatsapp convo to my GHL powered by conversational AI
