Bot is buggy, doesn't follow the set path.

After the conversation reaches the Schedule_a_call node, the bot should ask for the name, email etc.
But the bot gives an Intro message again.
I encounter similar issues whenever I test the bot.
Sometimes, instead of saying "What is your phone number?" the bot says "I'm sorry, but I don't have a phone number"
I have attached that screenshot as well.
Is it because of some bug in the software?
