I have been able to integrate my BotPress Chatbot with whatsapp successfully but it only worked the first time I send a test message now it doesn't want to work at all why is that? I have tried hiring a professional to fix this issue for me but they were unable to and said that the problem is from BotPress itself not my integration process (Which I did through Meta for developers) so can someon please help me urgently as I need this to be fixed for a future client! I just checked it but I still don't know how to fix the issue have tried various methods but it always doesn't seem to work, so can someone from your team help me with this issue as I need this to be solved urgently?

Hi @eager-dress-91787 have you verified all of the possible factores mentioned in the FAQ about Whatsapp?

Yes I did and I got two other experts last week to check the problem but they told me that the problem is from BotPress integration with WhatsApp so that is why I am getting to you so we try and find what is the problem exactly here?
