I first tried to make an intent as: 'menu' or 'main menu', but even if if the user type "menu" the card is not triggered, so the workflow follow the logic and the external api give a response, of couse is not what i want, i want that when user want to return back to main menu just type 'main menu' but the card is hard to get triggered, i also tried with "tommy" , in the example in the screenshot the intent is tommy, who is the assistant in the 'main menu' , but if the user type tommy the card is never triggered, can someone explain why? i mean the command is super correct, thanks

Hello @billowy-plumber-18272, sorry you are having this problem! We are currently facing downtime of the AI server, that's why your intents might not be working!

It seems like it's working now, im about to show my customer a demo, if the intent will not work Always effectively i would manage to change the conversation Logic without the "intent" card , so what you advice to me ? should I keep it in perspective of continuous operation? or is it better that I remove it by changing the conversation logic?
