Hello, I have built a chatbot in botpress, I need to be able to refer conversations to human agents, I see that they have intercom support, could you give me the details of how to make this connection please? Hey @gorgeous-dinner-12806, we are working on this feature, it's called Human-in-the-Loop (HITL), it will allow transfering conversations to live agents and back! I can't give you a precise estimate, but it's high priority!
