08/01/2023, 2:15 PM@bumpy-butcher-41910 - Ok, changing the timeout to 5 minutes makes the timeout flow transitioning into conversation end. But with default timeout 30 minutes does not seems to transition to conversation end. I have setup email transcript after conversation end but for last 5 days there were no emails delivered.

08/01/2023, 2:30 PMthere seems to be a bug with "simulate timeout event" however, but if you click share and test it out in the widget that pops up you should be able to get it to work!
