I was able to publish it and make it work in the wordpress but when I publish it, it only shows a blank area on the public view. It only shows whenever I signed in the wordpress as administrator. Not sure if this is a botpress issue or the wordpress itself. Hoping for your kind consideration. Thank you!

downloaded the plugin 'head& footer code' > in body code i have uploaded the code from 'pre-configured' from webchat integrations > save
... and the bot is up and running
