FYI, KB is providing answers based on deleted documents. I literally asked where the information was found and it told me it came form a document that was formerly in the KB, however, that referenced document had been deleted and was no longer in the KB.

Huh, that's strange. Does that happen even if you republish the bot?

Didn't try that. I have already deleted the bot and I'm in the process of rebuilding it anew.
