I am running into a detrimental issue with my bot.
Im starting with the basic Knowledge Base template. Nothing fancy.
When I upload files, regardless of .pdf, html, txt, doc, weblinks, or the internal plain text editor formats, I get "I don't know" a lot the more docs I load in, or worse it starts hallucinating and provides inaccurate information.
I understand that chunking takes place when the AI scans the context and issues can occur. When I do the same with other Bot building competitors, the results are much more accurate and consistent. I don't want to use the competitors, but accuracy and consistency is the key to my bot.
I will format this info however I need to in order to get consistent information, Im just lost on how to do it. I cannot show my project publicly on discord, but am more than happy to share it in DM with the botpress team.
This is a really big issue for me. I appreciate all the cool things that Botpress is adding and doing, but if I cant get accurate info (that I know is in the KB) then i'm not sure how well this will serve me or my users.
Ive started the project over a few times now, thinking I messed something up. I keep getting the same results though. Good at the start, less dependable as I add new data. Since my project will have updated information every week, consistency and accuracy is key.
