Anyone shed any light on why the bot keeps repeating questions in a single session sometimes 2 or 3 times in a row before moving on. This happens in Whatsapp + Web. It is a known issue ??? Or have I mis-configured something ?? Please let me know as it is really annoying during testing. A client wouldn't be happy with this behavior I don't think ! TIA
