PRICING: when it says $0.005 per incoming message does it mean like every message the user sends or does it mean the entire conversation? like if the chat bubble was opened once, and 10 messages were send will it be 10 operations (5 cents) or 1 operation ( $0.005) BOT MESSAGE: how to make the bot start the conversation like the user has to say "hi" or something how can that be prevented and the bot made to send the first mssg THANKS

That is correct. Only incoming messages (will count). The first 1000 are free (per month). After 1000, this is when you start paying.
