Hello everyone, I hope you're doing well. I've been working on integrating Botpress with WhatsApp, and I've followed all the necessary steps outlined in the documentation. I successfully obtained the free WhatsApp number from Meta, and I can send messages that are received by the Botpress bot. However, I'm facing an issue where I'm not receiving any replies back in WhatsApp. I even attempted to acquire a permanent token, but unfortunately, that didn't resolve the problem. Upon inspecting the logs, it's evident that the bot is indeed responding, but the responses are not appearing in WhatsApp. I have verified that message notifications are activated, and I've meticulously reviewed each step multiple times since yesterday. I would greatly appreciate any assistance or insights you might have regarding this matter. Thank you in advance for your help.

It is hard to know exactly what is missing in your configuration. We are planning to add better visibility to the integration error message in your bot logs. For the moment, could you let me know in a DM what is the Id of your bot ? 👀

@witty-pencil-32084 By any chance are you using the test number from Whatsapp and writing to it from a phone number that does not start with +1? Mentioning this because Meta seems to have an issue with processing messages from internatonal numbers when using their test numbers (mentioned in the #1132033181076443147 ). Could you try requesting a real phone number from them and testing it again?
