08/03/2023, 2:19 PMHey Guys, if the bot not able to answer the question the 1st time, it is throwing a msg(i have added a validation message) if i want this same message again if it is not in the knowledge base, what is the solution. Tried Expression as well but that also is not working. Please help urgent

08/04/2023, 6:29 AMIn simple words- I want to have an error handling check where if the user asks a question which is not in the knowledge base, it should print a normal saying"Please ask relevant questions", if there is an answer from the knowledge base it should not thorugh this error. Currently it is throwing this error even when there is a response from Knowledge base. Can you please provide some suggestions on how to solve this issue
