I try to buld a easy Q&A bot. on the first Card. I just asking with a single Choice Card what the user wants. Also I need to enable Knowledge, for the case, that a user have question and starts to interacte with the bot with a question. I tested it and get very stupide results, because I am asking something like "what is the cost of this service" (On the Screenshot it is in german) – And it answers in the Event Debugger, bt not in the chat. instead of that it extracts a value that the user wants a offer. the crazy thing is: I don't use a Intent-card. The bot takes my single choice answer and folows the flow "offer". But first it is not a offer, but in the answer of the knowledge base (in the Event Debugger) is the word "offer". And then it follows the offer-flow from the single choice card. Why? I mean I use the singe Choice for clear flows. If somebody have a question the bot should just answer...
