Here are detailed steps to add the Pre-configures script to a Wordpress website:
1. Install and activate the Insert Headers and Footers plugin.
2. Go to Settings » Insert Headers and Footers.
3. Paste your JavaScript code into the Scripts in Header section.
4. Click on the Save button.

I don't want the chatbot to behave as a chat but as a questions and answer so to speak to my e-commerce site customers. Thank you kindly for your reply 🙏

08/05/2023, 9:18 AMI m using the code available in the botpress documentation and then adding it under the html block using Gutemberg/elementor block on WordPress . I changed my bot ID and client ID, then changed then styler. Once that info was replaced , I copied the code and added to the site.Thank you for taking the time to help me Greatly appreciated 💙
