In the "answer questions on documents" template, when you say Hi to the bot, it prompts a text response from the smalltalk knowledge base. I can see in the top right corner the 3 questions it responds to, but when I create a text knowledge base item I don't see the ability to define the questions it will respond to.
Hi, you don't actually need to define questions, the agent with understand the context/meaning of the question and try to look for an answer in the knowledge base
