Thanks for the help, the reason I was wondering is because whenever my bot isn't asked a question for a while the first question it's asked takes a significantly longer time, I added a start convo trigger but even that trigger takes a long time to show up if the bot hasn't been used for a while, do you know how I can solve this issue?
