I have a capture card w a single choice block linked to 3 different routes, each route leads to a carousel of products. However, no matter what the user inputs it only directs to the first route. This was not an issue until i added the carousel cards. Is this possibly a glitch? All 40+ of my other nodes are working fine and routing correctly but this one. Is this maybe a glitch? Ive tried deleting the node and re creating it, i even disabled the first routing option and it still routed to that node anyway.

plGoal is the node giving me issues. it only directs the user to the "bpSpecPlug" node. The second route on the "plGoal" node should direct the user to the "squatSpecPlug" node but it directs the user to the "bpSpecPlug" node instead. The 3rd route should direct the user to the "improveOvrStrength" node but it also routes to the "bpSpecPlug" node.

From the screenshot it appears that your third option connects to the improverOvrStrength node which contains only a select input card. I which case, the user would not receive a message but would be expected to select an option

I screenshot the incorrect card, however the screenshot I provided of the chat shows I selected the 3rd option, which like you said should result in the user putting in another input. But it directed me to the wrong node. You can see it in the second screenshot.

That's strange. Did you try start as new user after you made your changes? If that doesn't solve it, I'd need to see your bot. Would you be able to share it with me via DM?
