Is there any way a bot can scan a google calendar and then, on the basis of what it scans give out specific free times for the client. For example, if a client wants an appointment tomorrow at 10, and there is already a client there at that time, is there a way a bot can scan this and then report back to the original client?

This can be done through the API most likely. If your not a developper not the easiest solution. I would open a #1111026806254993459 for google calendar, it's already on our wishlist of future integrations internally.
