I am required to create a demo chatbot for an e-commerce shop. The chatbot should be capable of handling customer inquiries, suggesting products, and managing all aspects related to orders. I have been diligently working on this task for nearly 12 days, but I must admit that I am facing some challenges, particularly with the "product suggestion" part. For instance, I envision the chatbot asking questions to users and displaying a carousel of items suitable for each user based on their responses. However, I am unsure if this is even feasible.
