Can't embed the chatbot into my website
# šŸ¤help

I cannot embed my ready bot into the website builder. I use Hostinger for the website builder and it has the "embed" button feature. But as many tries as i've had to embed the bot into the website, see the screenshot for the result i get. Has anyone else used hostinger? Has anyone else had this problem?

I’m using Wordpress on Hostinger - so probably won’t be much help if you’re not using Wordpress. But you need to be able to add raw html - ideally to your header or footer - and then paste in the block from the webchat integrations ā€œConfigurableā€ or ā€œPre-configuredā€ sections.

Oh I’ll try adding to header. I was trying to add to busy before
Maybe I’ll switch to Wordpress, thanks for your help

Hello, I am having the same problem. Has the info above solved your issue?

Not really. I’m most likely going to switch platforms and see how it goes

Thanks for the update

Hey guys, If you really want to use Hostinger I am looking into it right now
Is there a free plan?

It definitely works ā€œon Hostingerā€ - but Hostinger allows several different website builders. I use WordPress on Hostinger and I am able to add BotPress chatbots (using the WP Code plugin). I haven’t used any of the other website builders that Hostinger offers/allows - but I would think that it would be possible to add a chatbot to most of them - but the process might be slightly different on each of them.

almost a year later, but any luck? im using the hostinger builder right now but embedding the botpress code onto the site doesn't work. i've tried the embed element, and doing it from the integrations tab, and i tried pre config and configurable on both ends
and still no luck :/
