Is there a way to filter information the bot outputs from the knowledge base? The bot currently blurts out everything it has regarding the question to the user. The answers end up being a little too long and repetitive. Is there a way I could filter what the bot says with Knowledge Answering enabled? Tq

@fast-tiger-39527 you can use the "Query Knowledge" card to customize the query/question asked to the KB, for example:
Question: "{{event.preview}}". Keep your answer short and max 1 sentence long.
You could also put this instruction in the KB Agent context if you want to have this behavior generalized to all KBs
