Knowledge jumps into the flow and destroys the UX.

Everythime I use a Single Choice or Multiple Choice Card in a Node with Knowledge Base on, I get the same problem: -> If I ask anything (not clicking the Choices from the Single Choice Card) the bot answer with Knowledge and after that follows the flow of the Single Choice. Is it possible to turn of, that the bot makes decisions that a User Quesetion is the same like in the Single Choice card and follows them? I don't kno a scenario where that could be good, that the bot makes own desicions on a Single Choice... I mean in this case it would be better to use no Choice, and just let the bot do what it wants... 😉 Because that is really on every of mine bots the problem.... Do I understand something wrong? Thank you very much 👍🏼

@quick-jordan-46411 you can click the node and disable knowledge answering for that specific node
q
@User I know... But I need the Knowledge Answering... A user can ask anything, but also follows the flow. But thank you very much for your answer 🙂

@quick-jordan-46411 oh ok. in the case of the screenshot you provided, you would want the bot to not answer a question when the capture is successful?
q
@rich-battery-69172 no the thing is: If a user just asks ANYTHING (not clicking on a choice), the bot answer first from KN (What ist exacly what it should do) and then extracts a value (mostly wrong) out of the UserQuestion and follows the flow like the user makes a Choice by clicking... For example: The Single Choice says "hello what you are looking for? 1. Contact 2. Product a 3. Product b 4. Job Search" and a User makes a Question like "What is the best Product you have" the bot answers from KN like "the Product X is the best beacause of blablab" AND NOW The bot follows the flow like the User made the Choice 1. Contact from the Single Choice.... I hope that explains a little better... 🙈
yes but that works

@quick-jordan-46411 got it yes. so the capture card is wrongfully extracting the choice. does it do that too if the KB is disabled? ie. i'm wondering if the KB reply influences the extraction from the single choice or not
q
@rich-battery-69172 I tried it and yes... now the bot don't answer from knowledge but it triggers the Single Choice.. for example there is a Choice called "pleas send me an offer" now with disabled KN, I ask the bot "what exacly is the USP of your offers?" and it jumps into the flow without answering from KN...
@rich-battery-69172 I think I got it... I had a Intent card on the node... And I think it wasn't the Single Choice. Sorry my fault! 🤦‍♀️ 🤦‍♂️
