08/04/2023, 4:27 PMBeen having an issue with the WhatsApp integration - every c.30-60 minutes into inactivity with my chatbot via WhatsApp, the conversation flow is restarting from the beginning rather than continuing where I left off.
I have already set timeout on botpress to 129,000 minutes. Am I missing something?
In the use case I am working on, I require botpress to remember whether the user has contacted the bot previously and therefore continue the conversation where it left off.
