Dear Botpress team : Can I ask you to address an issue I have raised here regarding repeating messages in Chat. I have deployed my test bot to WhatsAPP(WA). However on numerous occasions the thing keeps repeating questions. I have posted some of the flows and screenshots (also see below). I am trying to get to the bottom of this issue as to what is going on. Have I mis-configured something or am I using bad practices ? ..... or is it something on the Botpress Cloud Infra that is causing a problem. I have been told by co-workers who have experienced the same dupe questions during testing that there is no way they can showcase the bot to clients. It will be a complete loss of any credibility we have. So what's the answer ???? Is this a known issue ? Is it down to platform resources ??? Etc.... I really need to know as I have hit a wall. On a positive note.... this is a great little product. I previously used Manychat + Dialogflow. Please don't make me move to another platform because issues that impact cust experience are left dangling in the air with no solution. I am even happy to pay for better service if I get stability and performance from the platform. What to do ???
