You'd need to store the user's information in Session variables (https://docs.botpress.cloud/docs/cloud/studio/variables/#session-variables) and then gather that at some point in one of the workflows and send it to Zapier using their Webhooks feature in an Execute Code card. BTW, we have been working on an official Zapier integration so we'll be announcing its BETA release soon so everyone can try it out and provide us feedback.
