Importing chatbot to Botpress Admin Interface - h...

Hey, Have a BIG question a lot may not know the answer to, but I'm running botpress binaries 12.30.9 on EC2 in AWS. I'm in botpress admin interface or something similar to that. I want to import a chatbot (the first picture) I've already done in the cloud, but it seems like it wants tgz file type, but I receive a bpz file on my botpress cloud so it doesn't want that. My goal is to import my chatbot I've already made in the cloud to the botpress I'm running on my AWS account's EC2. 1. I've already tried to rename the file from "Test - 2023 Aug 04.bpz" to "Test - 2023 Aug 04.tgz". DOESN'T WORK. 2. It says in the second picture "Import bot from archive". I talked with the chatbot at botpress and he said that I can export my chatbot in settings as a archive file, but couldn't find it. I have the free subscirption. 3. I changed my botpress version from 12.30.10 to 12.30.9, because I thought that maybe the github latest version is the botpress cloud's latest version so I could put a bpz file type in the import bot. It didn't change anything. I have talked with GPT-4 and he doesn't know what to do, the only thing I haven't tried is this: If you're still having trouble, you might want to manually extract the .bpz file (which is essentially a .zip file) and see if you can import the individual files into your new Botpress instance. You can extract a .bpz file using any standard file extraction tool. Don't know what to do. Can you guys help me in any way, I'll be quick to respond, if you need any further info. - Brayen

cloud files are not compatible on v12
for v12 answer always best to ask in #1112845893931110402 that's the channel v12 engineers monitor
e
Should I ask the same thing there?
f
i dont see the point in this case, as i know the answer v12 does not support cloud bot files
e
And there is no other way to this?
To do this*
f
no v12 and cloud are too different for it to work
e
Alright. So I have to make a entirely new bot on there. Is it a learning curve? I mean, is it different from the cloud
the development of the bot I mean
f
completely different
it's another product
