Carousel cards and pics are showing in the emulator but not when I publish the bot and it's live. Thank you

@hallowed-football-1829 I worked hand in hand with one of their staff members for a few days two months ago. We got pretty far along in the troubleshooting process, then he said to wait for the engineers to be back from holiday and we never approached the problem again. I have posted a few times.

Ahh I see. So your carousels were working in the emulator but not after publishing as well?

@hallowed-football-1829 Yes, it always worked in the emulator, but it has never worked in the web published version. I will say that at one point the person I was working with sent me a cat template that I was able to publish and see in the web publish. So, I am not sure what the problem is...

Hey guys, usually the problem is that the carousel is missing a subtitle, it's not required in the emulator but the webchat requires one.. so that's why it's not displayed. we will remove the need for a subtitle soon, but in the meantime just adding a subtitle will make it work

I have same issue. Ive added titles, subtitles, and images and they still arent working on my published bot. Any other ideas? @colossal-activity-12523

i just tested it, and it works on my side
3 Things: 1. Make sure to have a subtitle 2. make sure to have an image 3. make sure to publish again before testing 🙂

When you are focused on a carousel card, this is what will appear in the right hand panel

just make sure to fill in title and image field
They will soon be marked as mandatory

hi, can I know what is the proper format for image url? because the carousel card work properly in my emulator, but cannot work after I integrated it into my own website by using webchat
