I have a complex question for anyone that could possibly have an answer! For a bot being utilized for lead capture on client websites, if a customer begins filling out the intake form, but does not fully complete the form, and let's say they exit out out of the site. When they come back to the site and go back to the bot, is there any possible way for the bot to continue the lead capture from where the potential customer was at, or would they have to start over? And if some of their info was previously captured, would this create duplicate leads in a crm, and if so, how would that be corrected as well? Any help or advice would be extremely appreciated, thank you 🙂
