so ive been testing it for a bit and found that the knowledge base is being accessed but the bot is very inconsistent in sending the links. could it be something wrong with my prompt?

It was explained in Roberts thursday office hours call to separate the 2 cards and use the AI Task as fall back mechanism.. but I don't ever remember it being suggested that it AI Task could actually query the KB.. The only other explanation to it answer it twice could be that he's storing the question in a variable and outputting the contents of the variable with the query? boh I don't know

Thanks! Yes, if you have the knowledge agent automatically answering and answering from the AI task at the same time, then this could become an issue.
