Create an expression like if there's no answer from KB then proceed workflow to the node where previously captured unknown question will be sent to zapier webhook. If you don't use botpress KB then instruct LLM to answer like "I don't know" if it doesn't know and make this statement as a condition to send the question to the webhook as well
