(v12) Issues with Bot Training Stuck at 80%

Objective: I aim to successfully train my bot using Botpress v12.30.10 on an Ubuntu 22.04.2 LTS server. My goal is to ensure smooth training without any interruptions or hang-ups. Issues Encountered: 1. When I initiate the training process for my bot, it consistently gets stuck at 80% and doesn't progress further. 2. I've observed that during the training, the GPU utilization goes up to 65%. 3. I've encountered an error in the logs stating: "Intent does not exist," even though I've ensured all intents are correctly set up. 4. When I train the bot and wait, refreshing the Botpress Studio or opening it in a new page doesn't seem to help; sometimes the page doesn't load fully. Solutions Attempted: 1. Checked and ensured that all referenced intents exist and are correctly set up in the Botpress Studio. 2. Verified that each intent has associated training phrases (utterances). 3. Reviewed the botpress.config.json file for any misconfigurations and made necessary corrections. 4, Monitored server resources during training. The GPU utilization goes up to 65%, but there's still some headroom. The GPU's temperature and memory were also monitored to ensure they are within safe limits. 5. Ensured that the server has the latest and compatible GPU drivers installed. NOTE: I think this problem is only when I try to train NLU intents and entities. When I deleted all of my intents and entities, and trained the bot, it WORKED. But right after that I put one of my intents and 15 utterances, nothing. Still stuck at 80%. ANOTHER NOTE: Running this botpress server in EC2 on AWS. The botpress binaries 12.30.10 already provides the default SQLite database. Despite these efforts, the training still gets stuck at 80%. I would greatly appreciate any insights or suggestions from the community to resolve this issue. Thank you!

as mentioned previously the v12 engineering team does not monitor the #1111009377525186570 threads, you should post this in the #1112845893931110402 channel 🙂
