when working in the emulator, does the transcript get refreshed/flushed when "start as new user" is launched? if not, is there a manual way to flush the transcript? I'm having a bit of a problem where the summary agent is causing the KB to anwser right when the bot is launched.. skips the whole wecome gretting phase of the discussion..
