This question has been asked before, but I still haven't found the answer for that.. maybe it has been but I just haven't seen it yet As of right now, the AI Card is being solicited as a fallback mechanism, so if the answer can't be found in the KB to leverage the AI Task card to bounce the user back to KB card where the bot can actually search the KB.. however, it would interesting either way to know if the AI Task card actually does do a query..
