Thats not exactly what I meant, what I mean is example: The user asks a question and the bot tries to query the knowledge base and if there is no answer from knowledge base it sends an API call and waits for response - this takes about 10sec - in the meantime the user doesn't know that the bot is doing something because the chat doesnt show the bot is typing (three dots)
