I have a problem that appearing sometimes with my bot. I set it to answer the users questions and then request a phone number from the user if they choose to provide one, but the bot asks for the phone number immediately after he answers the user question. no matter what i type he keeps asking for phone number. it happend to me couple times. sometims hes not providing an answer and asking for the phone number right away

I mean the answer „Nir“ in your example is not a telephonenumber. The variable is a number that listens to a numbers and does not respond to string like „Nir“. Asking twice on the other hand could be the function of the single choice card you might use here - Check „retries“ in advanced settings maybe
