I am getting a message " there are documents in the database which are not used in your KB. This may affect your bots answers". My knowledge base agent is enable and the node as well. Does anybody know why this is happening? Thanks

Hey, this can happen if you have uploaded content in the knowledge base, but you either imported a different bot or started from another template. Unless you plan to re-import the original bot (that contained the documents), you can just click the button to confirm the cleanup
