The Problem is, that if I just ask anything, the bot answers and after that automaticly follows a flow from Multiple Choice. But in 90% it follows a wrong flow, who doesn't make sense. What I want is that it's not following a Chocie if I ask something. It shall just answer from KN if I ask. And if I click on a Multiple Choice then it should follow the flow... Of course if i Ask exacly what in the multiple Choice is written it can follow, as well. How to handle that? My Screenshots are in German but I can Translate it, if that helps...
