Knowledge base ideal data format

Hello i am trying to put text into the kb for the bot to answer from, i tried various ways, i tried with bullet poitns, i tried with paragraphs i tried with various ways but i can not get it to answer in short stragith answers it's always taking the bulk of info from the knowledge base and answer with it what's the ideal way to format the information in the KB so bot will take information from it in away to make summerised and conversation style also how can i limit the answer, how can i tell the bot to shorten the answer, i did write in the personality agent and ai task that answers needs to be short but it got ingored, i still get answers that i need to scroll to fully read

Have you tried question-answer format?
You can do it like: Question 1: ... Answer to question 1:

Do you include the question-answer in the description of the kb or in a document in the kb?

you can try both and see how that goes
overall i think the doc would be better, like word or just a simple text doc, but at the end of the day it's the same as the plain kb description

With the question answer format do i just list a questions once or do i make variations of it? Like: What kind of shoes to you guys have? All kinds of shoes Which kinds of shoes do you guys have? All kinds of shoes.

Amazing. Can i still have some docs with just basic overall info in the same kb?

of course, you can upload as many kb docs as you want
as long as there's no limit to it

When everything else is danish should i still have the Question 1 in english or should i write it in danish so it would be Spørgsmål 1 instead of Question 1? Same for answer

I think either 1) Make your factual information short in your KB, so it pulls short answers from the KB and gives it to the user. Or 2) Enable manual answering in Knowledge Agent, and before giving the answer from the KB to the user pass it to AI task and prompt it to shorten the answer from the KB and then give it to the user
Use Danish. You don't want to mix languages

that's the way I was able to solve it, but I still have a question open in support about whether this is the best way to do it.

it didnt work, still threw very long answers, i actually asked a question in the Q/A still it came up with it's own answer. what oterh settings i can do

it usually happens, it's like intermittent sometimes, as if it doesn't go through the task. let it rest, maybe tomorrow the AI will wake up in better shape hahaha, that's what i do sometimes.
