I continue getting the message below. I no longer have another bot in the system. Does anybody know why I am getting this and how to fix it? Thanks🙏

this happens when you've previously uploaded documents but haven't used them in a KB in your current bot
have you tried hitting 'remove documents'?

I haven't tried to remove documents just yet. I uploaded a bunch of Q&A yesterday . Not sure how to proceed 🙏

removing the documents is fine as they're not being used in your current bot

So do you recommend to remove it and bringing it back? This is odd because the bot is taking info from the knowledge base. I checked the knowledge query on the bottom and the answers were found in knowledge base.Please advise Thanks

sorry it's a bit hard to understand what's going on without the full picture of your bot & workflow
are you running into a problem?
if all you want to do is deal with this popup then remove the documents and re-upload them if needed

I don't seem to be running into any major issues with the bot answers. It sometimes confuses products from the kb. But it was doing that before this message popped up I will try to remove and reload them Thanks 🙏
