Hello @everyone I want to connect my botpress to Zapier using the Zapier integration in Botpress hub but I don't know how to create a trigger for triggering my zap. Here is the picture, thanks for your help 🙂

Hi thank you but I can't find the action discuted in the documentation, where is the button for that in the botpress app (in on the cloud). Thank you 🙂 // To make your bot send real data to Zapier, you'll find an action for Zapier when editing your bot in the Botpress Studio which you can use to send data to your zap. It's recommended that you send your data in JSON format so you can send multiple value at once, as Zapier will automatically parse it.

Have you installed and enabled the Zapier integration in your bot?
Once that is done if you edit your bot again or reload the Studio you should see the Zapier event and action in the card tray of the Studio.

Yes I have installed and enabled the Zapier integration in my bot, but i have nothing in my cards.

Hmm, can you try doing a hard refresh of the Studio? It's done by pressing CTRL+F5 if you're on Windows or CMD+SHIFT+R if you're on Mac. If that doesn't work, could you try clearing your browser cache, closing the browser, and then reopening the Studio? The reason is that we recently released triggers to the general public but the browser cache might still be serving an older version of the Studio which didn't have this.
BTW, is the webhook URL actually showing as blank to you still even after enabling the integration? Or did you intentionally erased that part of the screenshot?

Hello @famous-zoo-73118 so I have restarted my computer with my linux OS (I was on windows earlier) and I didn't see anything about zapier in my studio, tested with chrome and firefox. I am right or not, the buttons of zapier will show in the cards section on the editor ? Have a great day !

I am using execute code to trigger a webhook to Zapier and it works like a charm. Let me know if you want me to share more information.

Hello @brash-monitor-99817 thanks a lot, yes I want to have some informations to do it please, how do we code that ? Is there a documentation for JS prompting for connecting to APIs like Zapier or others, because I want to see my last emails in my bot for example. So I need to have a trigger for a Zapier webhook and after a response from zapier for seeing mails or informations on the chat botpress ? Thanks a lot for your help mate 🙂

Actually, I just checked and it seems these Zapier cards haven't yet been activated for all users in the Studio. Let me reach out to the relevant team so this can be fixed, will get back to you shortly.

Ok thanks a lot, no i don't have any new cards, I have activated others API like Gmail but nothing is here. Also I am on a personnal account, not a business botpress account.

Yes, don't worry, we have identified the issue, triggers weren't fully activated for all of users, this will be sorted out by tomorrow.

Hey Abe. I am sorry to third party this. I don't have the Send to Zapier card. Should this card now be available for all users? or still for a select few?

Could you send me a DM mentioning the email address of your Botpress Cloud account so I can take care of manually enabling these for you? Thanks for your patience!

@future-coat-1544 OK your account has triggers/actions enabled now! Could you close the Studio and open it again to see if you now see the Zapier action under "Execute" in the card tray and the Zapier trigger under "Events"?

I can confirm the action: Send to Zapier appears on my Execute card tray and the Zapier event also appears as an option in the Trigger menu

I'm having the same problem implementing Zapier on my botpress. I'd like my account to be enabled with it as well.

Hi @famous-zoo-73118 . I have connected and activated Slack, Zapier and Webhook integrations but the cards are not showing. Gmail integration just does not work as Google keeps blocking the connection request. Can you help by telling me how I can get these cards activated or if there is a workaround for me being able to save the information collected on a Google sheet and/or send an email with the collected information?

@big-queen-95301 Send me in a DM the email address you used for your BP account and I'll activate the triggers (not yet released to the complete user base) so you can use Zapier and Webhooks. As for Gmail AFAIK there's some issues with Google verifying our integration so unfortunately.
